The registration deadline date has passed.
1. The following refund policy will apply in case of cancellation:
a) The conference registration can be cancelled for a 50% refund until June 30, 2022.
b) No refund will be issued in case of cancellations from July 1, 2022.
2. If a registered participant is unable to attend the conference the registration may be transferred to another person from the same organisation upon prior written approval from the Conference Secretariat.
3. Refund will be processed as follows:
a) All refunds will be processed after the conference.
b) Payments made by bank transfer will be refunded to the same bank account from which the payment was made.
NB.Payments made by bank transfer originating outside of the EU will be refunded by bank transfer. All applicable fees and payment-handling costs will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
